It’s so important to realize that mental health is equally as important as physical health. It’s okay to not be okay and to reach out to people if you need it. You’re not in this alone, you’re loved. Here is the suicide hotline number if anyone you know needs it:

National Suicide Hotline: 1-800-273-8255

Various Country Phone Numbers can be found here. Modern Baseball posted a photo with various numbers you can text if you or someone you know is concerned about their mental health. If anyone needs a person to talk to, I’m always here for anyone who needs it.

In other news, COIN released a song last week “I Don’t Wanna Dance,” The Maine released a music video for “Bad Behavior,” All Time Low announced their new album Last Young Renegade will be released on June 2.
