The Release of “I Don’t Think I Can Do This Anymore.”

Moose Blood is a pop punk band from Canterbury, Kent. On March 9, Moose Blood released its third full length album I Don’t Think I Can Do It Anymore via. Hopeless Records.

The singles released prior to the album were “Talk In Your Sleep,” “Have I Told You Enough,” “It’s Too Much,” and “Just Outside.”

Here is the track list:

  1. Have I Told You Enough
  2. Talk In Your Sleep
  3. Just Outside
  4. You Left In The Worst Way
  5. All The Time
  6. Can We Stay Like This
  7. Pull Me From The Floor
  8. Walk All Day With You
  9. Such A Shame
  10. Promise Me
  11. It’s Too Much

After hearing the singles, I was excited to hear what album would sound like in whole. Personally, when I listen to an album, I tend to not pay as much attention to the middle portion of  the album because the beginning and end songs are strong. I Don’t Think I Can Do This Anymore was not like other albums.

The strongest part of the album was the middle portion. The singles were nice to have as a cushion at the beginning and end of the album. Strategically, it’s interesting that the group’s singles are at the beginning and the end so listeners are hooked to begin the album. The album was catchy and it didn’t feel like the songs were on repeat.

My favorite songs off of the album are: “Can We Stay Like This,” “Walk All Day With You,” and “Talk In Your Sleep.”

On the U.K tour with The Dangerous Summer, Moose Blood performed “It’s Too Much,” “Just Outside,” “You Left In The Worst Way,” “Have I Told You Enough,” and “Talk In Your Sleep.” Moose Blood will be touring across the United States with Lydia, and McCafferty. Tickets and tour information can be found here. Time will tell if those songs will be performed.

In other news, Panic! At The Disco’s “Nine In The Afternoon” has been certified 2x platinum, John O’Callaghan of The Maine created a remix for “Lost In Nostalgia,” Movements partnered with the Alzheimer Association to release the music video for “Deadly Dull,” The Wonder Years released “Pyramids of Salt,” Paramore announced a summer tour with Foster The People (tickets and tour information can be found here,) The Dangerous Summer announced part 2 of “The Dangerous Summer” US tour with A Will Away and All Get Out supporting (Ticket and tour information can be found here.)

Rock on, stay humble, and be positive!

  1. You did a great job with your blog, I especially like that you have the band’s twitter with the image listed so; 1. You don’t get in trouble for posting images that don’t belong to you, and 2. It allows those on your blog to find the band’s social media! Keep up the great work, and you have excellent taste in music.
